Program Director

Dr. Sherman, a Beech Grove native, has been in practice for over 20 years and enjoys helping women improve their health throughout their lives. Dr. Sherman is passionate about the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method because it was a life-changing program for one of her sons. As a doctor mom, good nutrition has always been a primary concern in caring for her family. Her youngest son lost 80 pounds on the program and, at two years out, he has kept all the weight off. He now enjoys a more active lifestyle and is very health conscious about what he eats.

Michael Sherman

Ideal Protein Coach

Michael Sherman has been involved with Ideal Protein since 2014. He has enjoyed seeing the lives of so many be changed by the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method. “It is extremely satisfying and gratifying to help people along their journey and see their lives change, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Michael regularly hears that “no program has ever worked for me,” and he loves to see the relief and appreciation when the people who felt that way say, “This is it. This is what is going to work for me.”

Michael graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Theatre Arts with a Psychology Minor. He is currently a first year law student at IU McKinney School of Law, here in Indianapolis. He is excited to pursue his law degree while guiding people to a healthier lifestyle and achieving their health goals.
