Patient Account Representative II/III
Office Location:ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Full Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities:​ Provides multiple services for the patient accounts operations in order that the company billing functions will operate
at a level that ensures prompt payment of outstanding claims. Position answers incoming calls from patients regarding their billing
statements, insurance information, payment plans and any issues from the billing process. Must be knowledgeable regarding payers,
rules and guidelines in regards to insurance claims and filing.

Minimum Requirements:​ HS diploma or equivalent (GED) and two to four years of applicable experience in a physician office setting.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to the patients is necessary along with a professional attitude and positive communication
skills.

 

Practice Manager
Office Location: CARMEL
Salaried Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:​ Provides comprehensive management services in relation to the business operations and activities of the medical
practice .Oversee staff, scheduling, patient experience, accounting, payroll, staff/physician meetings, training and other duties as
assigned. Works closely with the physicians, other site managers and the Administrative Management Team.

Minimum Requirements:​ Associates Degree or equivalent from 2-yr college/technical school. Two to four years related/applicable
experience. In lieu of Associate’s Degree, three to four years directly related experience. Prefer clinical background of RN/MA with
OBGYN experience but not required.

 

Medical Assistant II or III
Office Location: NORTH
Full Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities: ​ ​Provides back office clinical services by assisting the physician seeing patients in the office/exam room setting. Greets
patients, reviews medical information, assists the physician with procedures, lab testing and exams.

Minimum Requirements: ​ ​Graduation from accredited technical training program. One to three months’ related/applicable experience.
Ability to successfully complete Clinical Checklist and obtain MA Certification within 60 days of hire.
Prefer experience in an office setting providing back office services and experience with an OBGYN specialty group. Ability to provide
excellent customer service to the physician and the patients is necessary along with a professional attitude and positive communication
skills.

 

Staff Nurse/Phone Triage
Office Location: NORTH
Hourly Full-Time Position

Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices and assistance to practice
physicians. This is a full time position providing phone triage to OB and GYN patients. Must be able to assist patients in a professional
courteous manner by assessing situations/problems, consulting with physician and providing detailed follow up care, Strong customer
service, patient care and communications skills are required.

Minimum Requirements:​ Graduation from an accredited nursing program, one to two years related/applicable experience. Current
state license as a Registered Nurse or an LPN.

 

Medical Assistant/Scribe
Office Location: SOUTH
Full Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities: ​ ​Provides clinical scribe services by assisting the physician with recording/dictating services while the provider is
seeing patients in the office/exam room setting. Records the notes from the services provided and prepares documentation for physician
review and approval.

Minimum Requirements: ​ ​Graduation from accredited technical training program. One to three months’ related/applicable experience.
Ability to successfully complete Clinical Checklist and obtain MA Certification within 60 days of hire.
Prefer experience in an office setting providing scribe or dictation services and experience with an OBGYN specialty group.. Attention
to detail, accuracy, and correct spelling of medical terms are required. Ability to provide excellent customer service to the physician and
the patients is necessary along with a professional attitude and positive communication skills.
