Physician-Women’s Hospitalist

Hourly Full-Time Position (varying 12 hour shifts)
Site(s): St. Vincent Women’s Hospital

Responsibilities: ​Deliver professional medical services to patients in hospital settings, including provide comprehensive high-risk obstetric health care services, as required by Hospital and Hospital’s Patients. Such services shall include, but are not limited to, primary coverage of the high-risk unit at Hospital, backup support for the obstetrician covering physician residents at Hospital; and first-responder coverage consistent with present Hospital practices for the physician resident at St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center, Inc.’s Emergency Department.

Minimum Requirements: ​Successful completion of a postgraduate residency in obstetrics and gynecology accredited by the ACGME, AOA or equivalent. Maintenance of an active Indiana medical license or ability to apply for and obtain. Current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Documentation of the performance of at least 100 gynecologic surgical procedures and 50 deliveries during the past two years or demonstrated successful completion of a hospital-affiliated formalized residency or clinical fellowship within the past two years.

 

Medical Assistant/Scribe

Hourly Full-Time Position
Site(s): South

Responsibilities: ​Provides clinical scribe services by assisting the physician with recording/dictating services while the provider is seeing patients in the office/exam room setting. Records the notes from the services provided and prepares documentation for physician review and approval.

Minimum Requirements: ​Graduation from accredited technical training program. One to three months’ related/applicable experience. Ability to successfully complete Clinical Checklist and obtain MA Certification within 60 days of hire. Prefer experience in an office setting providing scribe or dictation services and experience with an OBGYN specialty group. Attention to detail, accuracy, and correct spelling of medical terms are required. Ability to provide excellent customer service to the physician and the patients is necessary along with a professional attitude and positive communication skills.

 

Medical Assistant II/III

Hourly Full-Time Position
Site(s):  North

Responsibilities:  This position provides a variety phone triage services with assisting with patient care and support services for the medical practice. MA will coordinate care and treatment with the clinical staff by assessing the patient’s questions, concerns or current medical situation. In addition the position assists with various FMLA and Disability paperwork. Must be able to have the ability to multi-task and work within Greenway EHR system. Responsible for other administrative duties that may be assigned by the practice manager. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum requirement of high school diploma and Certified Medical Assistant with four or more years related experience in a medical office setting with OBGYN experience.

 

Medical Assistant II

Hourly Full-Time Position
Site(s):  North

Responsibilities:  This position provides a variety phone triage services with assisting with patient care and support services for the medical practice. MA will coordinate care and treatment with the clinical staff by assessing the patient’s questions, concerns or current medical situation. In addition the position assists with various FMLA and Disability paperwork. Must be able to have the ability to multi-task and work within Greenway EHR system. Responsible for other administrative duties that may be assigned by the practice manager. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Staff Nurse/Phone Triage (2 positions)

Hourly Full-Time Position
Site(s): Carmel

Responsibilities:  ​Provides professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices and assistance to practice physicians. This is a full time position providing phone triage to OB and GYN patients. Must be able to assist patients in a professional courteous manner by assessing situations/problems, consulting with physician and providing detailed follow up care, Strong customer service, patient care and communications skills are required.

Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, one to two years related/applicable experience. Current state license as a Registered Nurse or an LPN.

 

Ideal Protein Coach

Intermittent Hourly Position (non-benefited)
Site(s): South

Responsibilities: Provides coaching services for those patients that are participating with the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program by meeting with them . Services include: initial consultation with patient; weekly 1:1 meetings; lead workshops for small groups;tracking of supplies; documentation of meetings and client progress. Must be able to organize activities and appointments.

Minimum Requirements: ​The coaching position requires that the individual be a successful participant of the Ideal Weight Loss program along with the ability to provide coaching techniques and a supportive atmosphere for current participants.
